1. License grant

The Personal license grants you a perpetual, non-transferable right to use ScopeShelf on all Macs you own, by one user.

2. Updates

Your license includes every 1.x update, free of charge, for as long as the OS allows. A future version 2 would be an optional paid upgrade — your v1 keeps working either way: no bricking, no forced upgrades.

3. Refunds

14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email hello@scopeshelf.app.

4. Warranty & liability

ScopeShelf is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the software is error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

5. Governing law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Kreuzlingen, Thurgau, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence provide otherwise.
